About Adam, Founder & CEO
Adam Melonas is a former chef, a high school dropout, and the founder and CEO of CHEW. Over twelve years, he has built one of the most commercially rigorous food innovation and commercialisation operations in the world — bootstrapped, cash-flow positive, and without compromise.
He has been written into client contracts by name. He speaks at the world's leading food and CPG forums. He has built, scaled, and exited brands — and then gone back into the lab to build better ones. His operating philosophy: the market doesn't need more disruption. It needs reformation.
His obsession with the consumer is total. He has been known to stop strangers in grocery aisles to understand why they reached for a particular product. That curiosity, applied at commercial scale, is what CHEW is built on.
